Literacy Workshop

Today in my Literacy Group we read a book called 'The Show'. After we read it, we draw a picture of an animal and then practised our focus words 'here' and 'is'.

Learning The Alphabet

In literacy, I have been working with my friend to complete tasks. We persevered on an alphabet challenge and together we were able to match up all the lower and upper case letters. We were really proud of our achievement. 

Building a Bridge

In class, we explored how to build a bridge. After a bit of research and testing, we discovered that we needed to build a structure that was high enough for vehicles to go under. We learnt some new words like pillar  that helped us think about our bridge. Here is a picture of my bridge:
